Bear Mechanical Services, LLC was formed in April 2003 and operates its professional services throughout South Carolina from offices located in Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina. Our team of highly trained and professional technicians ensure our clients' HVAC system operates at maximum efficiency providing greater comfort, lower cost, and an extended life of their equipment.
We service the business community in three areas: planned maintenance, emergency service, and replacement/retrofil. BMS is owned and managed by Fred Gibbs who has over 30 years of construction and service experience. He is the qualifier for the BMS Mechanical Contractors License, and is also licensed as a Master Plumber in South Carolina and Georgia.
